Our studio bookings have a minimum duration of 4 hours. If you require shorter rental periods or additional hours, please reach out to us, and we can accommodate your needs.

Do we have to pay for electricity/Wi-Fi?

No, the cost of electricity and Wi-Fi is included in the studio hire rate. You won't incur additional charges for these services.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, for full-day bookings, we allocate a maximum of two parking spaces per booking, conveniently located directly adjacent to our building.

Our studio is conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from Finchley Central station, providing easy access for your team and equipment.

How much is overtime?

Pre-arranged overtime, outside the standard hours, is billed at a rate of £100 per hour. Unarranged overtime is subject to a tiered pricing structure, starting at £150 for the first hour, with subsequent hours at increasing rates.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, our prices are all-inclusive, and we are not VAT registered. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you offer overnight studio hire?

Yes, we do offer overnight studio hire. Please contact us for pricing and availability. We also provide basic kitchen facilities, including a kettle, filtered water, fridge, and microwave, for your convenience. Please feel free to use these amenities during your booking.
